SL Advisory was founded with a simple objective: to provide businesses with access to experienced legal, risk and compliance expertise that is practical, commercially focused and accessible.
Shannel Subbiah is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa with extensive experience across legal advisory, regulatory compliance, risk management, governance, investigations, contracting and quality assurance.
Her experience spans both private practice and senior in-house environments, including work within regulated industries and with regulatory bodies.
She has advised management and senior stakeholders on complex legal and regulatory matters and has extensive experience translating legal and regulatory requirements into practical business processes, policies and controls.
Her approach combines legal expertise with commercial awareness , allowing businesses to understand not only what the law requires, but what it means for their operations.
